Discord screen share is an interactive feature in Discord that allows users to broadcast their screens or specific app windows to others during a voice or video call. This feature lets the participants in the call see what’s happening on the sharer’s screen in real time.
You can use it to show a game, presentation, etc. to others. This screen-sharing feature offers more effective remote communication for Discord users. It works seamlessly for individuals or large groups.
Live Game Streaming
One of the most common usages of Discord screen-sharing is live game streaming. It allows gamers to broadcast and stream their gameplay to friends or followers. It also helps users in cooperative gameplay by showing game strategies. This feature is commonly used among gaming communities and friends.
Work Collaboration
Discord screen sharing is also helpful for remote online meetings. For remote colleagues, freelancers, and businesses, you can share presentations, documents, or other projects with others.
Besides, tutors and students can use the screen-sharing feature to share and learn study materials like PPTs, designs, codes, reports, etc.
