End User License Agreement (EULA) for 闪连 VPN - LightningX VPN

Welcome to 闪连 VPN - LightningX VPN. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you, the end user, and INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. By downloading, installing, or using the 闪连 VPN - LightningX VPN software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Service as provided by Apple.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software downloaded directly from the Apple App Store for personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

You agree not to: Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement. Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.

Your privacy is important to INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, in any way whatsoever arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

The license is effective until terminated by you or INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

INNOVAHUE GAMES PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
